My current workload involves refining my Shot, Steel & Stone rules for use with a forthcoming Grand Battle Scale (10mm) game in a box from Wargames Atlantic, so here’s a sneaky peek at a spread showing some of the basics for the game.
If you’re a paying subscriber, you can get involved with its development in the ‘Project Leuthen’ chat thread right here on Patreon, but I’ll be posting more as the game progresses towards eventual production.
Note that the game is being developed with particular constraints imposed by the manufacturing process, such as the number of sprues of figures and bases that can be included in the box, and the need to keep costs down by not having too many different sculpts, which of course have both time and cost implications.
As I mentioned in the last Battlechat, even at this stage I’ve made a few tweaks, inspired by Alex Burns’ Infantry in Battle 1733-1783, so the playtesting will be extremely important to ensure that I’ve captured the right flavour without ruining the soup!
Have a great weekend, everyone.
