Now that things have been running for a few weeks, I’m able to give a more accurate idea of my release schedule, which will look like this:
1st Friday each month: Battlegames ‘bonus’ content *from me* of some kind, which may be an extra blog post, gift, graphic offering, podcast or short video.
2nd Friday each month: Henry’s blog, a major piece of 1,000 words+ with photos etc.
3rd Friday each month: Henry’s podcast, with or without a guest.
4th Friday each month: Henry’s vidcast, usually a short ‘to do’ or similar.
This material will be available to *ALL* patrons.
Release of this regular material will be on Fridays as a result of feedback from yourselves, telling me that you like to listen/watch/read over the weekend. I haven’t checked but if, for some reason, a month doesn’t have four Fridays in it, then of course I’ll announce the relevant release date!
In addition to this, sometimes released to the general public, sometimes patron-only, and occasionally for selected tiers of patron, there will be guest blogs from patrons and others, show reports and any additional material or gifts I see fit or which falls outside the normal remit.
There are also the Q&A sessions promised to Sergeants ($2.50) and above. I plan to try holding these bi-monthly, and the first one will be late March. I’ll announce the method you can use to send me questions with a deadline, and then I’ll do an hour’s podcast answering as many of the questions as I can, which will be released for Sergeants and above to listen to about a week later.
I’ll also be organising video chat hangouts for the commissioned ranks (Lieutenants and up) a couple of times a year, and I’m looking into the best medium for doing this right now, with the hope of having them in, say, May and November for starters. Given how many $5+ pledges we have, these should be pretty crowded and exciting events!
I hope you’ve enjoyed the content so far and look forward to an exciting spring, with lots going on. Welcome to all the new patrons who have come on board this month, and special thanks to the existing patrons who have increased their pledge levels, which feels like a vote of confidence.
Roll ’em high!
Henry
