For just £7, you get a PDF stuffed to the gunnels with articles and scenarios that, whilst being intended for TooFatLardies rulesets, can easily be adapted for your own gaming preferences. To pick one at random, the piece on guerilla warfare in the Peninsular War, for example, could be used with any ruleset for skirmish-level up to brigade level actions.
